At Invictus Bakery, everything we do is rooted in care, dignity, and opportunity. We are incredibly thankful to Steve and Mar5 for their generous donation of 10 tablets, which has already made a meaningful difference in our bakery.
These tablets are now part of our new Staten Island Bakery program, an extension of the original bakery in Brooklyn, which supports our bakers in so many day-to-day ways, from accessing recipes and training materials to staying organized and communicating more confidently at work. Having these tools at their fingertips has helped our bakers feel more empowered, capable, and supported as they build both job skills and independence.
What means the most to us is the heart behind this gift. Steve’s generosity reflects a genuine belief in our mission and, more importantly, in the highly talented people on the autism spectrum that we are proud to serve. That belief fuels confidence, growth, and pride within our bakery every single day.
