Trike Allows Knox to Ride Along With Sister

Trike Allows Knox to Ride Along With Sister

Receiving this trike has been such a meaningful gift for my son and our family. As a non-speaking autistic child with motor planning challenges, finding activities that build confidence, independence, and joy can sometimes be difficult. This trike has opened up a whole new world for him.

Watching him learn to navigate, steer, and experience the freedom of movement has been incredible. It has given him an opportunity to work on coordination, strength, balance, and motor skills while doing something that feels fun and empowering, not like therapy.

More importantly, this trike has given my son a sense of independence. Seeing his smile while riding it, feeling the excitement of being able to move through the world in his own way, is something I will never forget.

We are so grateful for the generosity and kindness that made this possible. This trike is more than just a piece of equipment, it is a tool that supports connection, confidence, and the belief that every child deserves opportunities to explore, play, and be included.
